These unique events celebrate the release of their new Album 'TO BE', released via Solitary Bee.
Artist Wolfgang Buttress curates a musical collective with Justin Goodyer alongside Kevin Bales and Tony Foster of Spiritualized. They have created an ethereal and haunting new soundscape for Buttress’ latest artistic project, BEES: A Story of Survival, a new multi-sensory experience at World Museum Liverpool
This LP develops the themes from their critically acclaimed album ONE (by BE)- the soundscape of The Hive sculpture at Kew Gardens
Over the course of the performance, the listener will be taken on a reflective journey, making connections to the changing seasons of life and our increasingly fragile relationship with nature. Bespoke films will be projected onto the collective while they play. The music flows with its own mysterious beauty offering a sense of empathy and connection where the sounds of bees and humans are harmoniously integrated.
Collaborators include Raining Blue (voice and words), Deirdre Bencsik (cello) and Robert Howard (guitar)
Black LP tickets for this event include a physical copy of the new album to be collected from Rough Trade Liverpool on the day of the show.
